"What are we having?" Little Hemlock asked.
"Mashed potatoes and gravy," his mother answered.
"Yes!" Little Hemlock thought.
When Little Hemlock got at the table, he was waiting for those mashed potatoes so impatiently. When they got to him, he devoured them in 30 seconds.
"Can I go watch TV?" Little Hemlock asked, "I finished my mashed potatoes."
"Wow! You must like mashed potatoes." his mother exclaimed, "But, yes, you may go watch TV."
Little Hemlock jumped up out of his chair and rushed up to his room. He almost tripped on the 5th step. When he got up to his room he turned on the TV.
"Ooh, yes!" Little Hemlock exclaimed, "Little Hem's Adventures!"
About 40 minutes of watching Little Hem's Adventures, Little Hemlock felt sleepy. Then, all of a sudden, he blacked out. He woke up it what looked like a field.
"Oh." Little Hemlock said as if he just threw up, "Where am I?"
"Oh, docter. He's awake." a girl's voice said.
"Hello, Hero Hemlock." the doctor said, "I am Dr. Hecklburg."
"Where am I?" Little Hemlock demanded.
"You are in Secklchurg." Dr. Hecklburg said, "This is Zeeka."
"Hello." Zeeka greeted.
Turns out Zeeka was the girl Little Hemlock heard. But what is Little Hemlock doing here?
"Why am I here?" Little Hemlock asked.
"You fell out of the Great Tree." Dr. Hecklburg informed, "Zeeka found you and told me."
"I didn't climb any trees. Last I remember I was watching Little Hem's Adventures after I quickly finished Mother's mashed potatoes." Little Hemlock said.
Zeeka and Dr. Hecklburg looked at each other confused. Then Dr. Hecklburg turned to Little Hemlock.
"You probably didn't know this. But you're written down in the ancient prophecy to save Secklchurg from the rule of Master Chan-Chay." Dr. Hecklburg said, "You must do it tomorrow's, 6 months from Chan-Chay's birthday. He is weakest then. Rest Hemlock."
So Little Hemlock rested. He woke up 40 minutes later to a loud BOOM!
He heard Dr. Hecklburg's voice yell, "Hero Hemlock! Run!!!"
"I hear the Hero is being taken care of here." a voice said, "I, the great Chan-Chay, seek him."
"Hemlock! Grab the sword too!" Dr. Hemlock yelled.
"I hope I'm dreaming." Little Hemlock thought, "This couldn't ever happen in Ceklchurg."
Little Hemlock got up, grabbed the sword, and ran towards where he'd heard Dr. Hecklburg's voice.
"Dear Secklchurg!" screamed Zeeka.
"Yeah, I told you when we found him to be alert because Chan-Chay would know." Dr. Hecklburg told Zeeka,
"Do we have time for an explanation here?" asked Little Hemlock, "I don't remember anything, I don't know where I am, and I have no clue who anyone here is."
"We have a little time." Dr. Hecklburg answered, "Zeeka, explain."
"Well, a long time ago about 2015, 56,000 years ago, the ancient prophecy was written." Zeeka explained,
"This story happen 56,000 years ago," Little Hemlock muttered.
Zeeka elbowed him, "It's serious." she said, "As I said, the ancient king Grav wrote the prophecy while he was captured. It said 'In 56,000 years, the hero will arrive and defeat Chan-Chay and restore my place as king.' You are the only one to arrive here in exactly 56,000 years. 2 have arrived. One with Chan-Chay, the other in this field. You will defeat the other." Zeeka turned around. "And there he is."
Zeeka was right, A boy looking like that general from the Nutcracker jumped at them and was generating a dark magic ball.
"Oh. Why can't I do that?" asked Little Hemlock.
"Because you aren't infused with dark magic. But you have light magic. Do what he's doing, you might be able to create a light magic ball." said Hecklburg.
So Little Hemlock raised his hands, and spun them, just as the boy was doing. It was true. He was weaving a light magic ball out of thin air. He felt tired. He pushed hard. The magic ball flew into the boy and sent him flying to a castle.
"Great Anobs! You have the power of the One." said Hecklburg.
"Anobs? Like the king of gods and god of clean?" Little Hemlock asked.
"Why am I here?" Little Hemlock asked.
